Motherhood is such an amazing experience if you allow yourself to ebb and flow through all the phases with ease and grace!

If you’re looking to connect with like-minded women and want something special to help you connect with your baby, your body and your inner wisdom for birth, then you’ve arrived at the right place.

Join us firstly for an hour Prenatal yoga class where we will find a balance between strengthening and stabilising postures to build stamina, courage and power in the body as you prepare for birth. As well as stretching, conscious breathing and relaxation to connect within and create space for you and your growing baby.

The class will be run by the beautiful mama of 2 Tianjin Lawless Jennings who began practising yoga as a young teenager. She very quickly felt the benefits of the practice and soon realised how yoga positively affected her life in many ways and on many levels.

During her first pregnancy, she qualified in Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga in London and she continued her studies into Ayurveda in the Netherlands, as well as running workshops and retreats in Europe.

Alongside her love of Yoga Tianjin is incredibly passionate about women’s health, about nourishing and nurturing pregnant women and their smooth transition into becoming a mother; either for the first time or again.

Having started her own Women’s health business @mother.nurtured with her sister Bianca who is a nutritionist. They make placenta remedies as well as Mizan abdominal massage, Castor oil packs and womb steaming treatment packages “happy mother, happy baby”!

Following our juicy flow, Nina from Sabey Wellness will guide all the beautiful ladies through a guided meditation following a wholesome grazing table spread by Katijah mama of 4 owner of Soul Makan.

Katijah describes her cuisine as food inspired by nature; fresh, seasonal & sustainable. Katijah collaborates with a range of producers across Australia, from the fishermen to the farmers.

Katijah’s appreciation of nature’s diversity and her endless experimentation in the kitchen and garden are the driving forces in her cooking.who has a passion for helping women feel their best during pregnancy and after birth.

Mumsy Social aims to create a supportive community for women, a non-judgemental space for open discussion, and freedom to talk about anything and everything that’s on your mind and heart.

During the brunch, you will have time to mingle and connect with other mamas, listen to inspiring stories, advice and talks from our lovely contributors along with receiving a gift bag to take home with over $100 worth of products and vouchers.

The class is suitable for beginners to regular yoga practitioners who are 12-13 weeks gestation onwards. If you have any complications or ailments during your pregnancy, please let us know before booking in.
